Terms of service

Accounts are issued to a named individual holding an active insurance producer license in at least one state you intend to receive leads for. Credentials may not be shared across agents, downlines or agencies without a written team agreement.

You are responsible for all activity under your login, including calls placed to leads delivered to it.

Blocks are charged in full at purchase. Each delivered lead draws one unit from your balance at the price in effect when the block was bought.

Delivery speed depends on your filters and the volume available in your selected states. We do not guarantee a delivery rate or a date by which a block will be filled.

A lead delivered to your account is not delivered to any other buyer. This exclusivity is permanent, not a time window.

You may not resell, syndicate, share or otherwise transfer a delivered lead to another agent, agency or lead buyer. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination without refund of the remaining balance.

Replacement requests are submitted from the dashboard within 48 hours of delivery and are reviewed against the delivery log. Once approved, a fresh lead matching your licensed states is added to your account, usually the same day.

The remedy for a bad lead is a replacement lead, not a refund to your card. Unused prepaid balance is refundable at our discretion if you close your account in good standing.

You remain the caller of record for every lead you work. You are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing and licensing rules, and honoring any opt-out a consumer gives you.

You may not use a lead for any product or purpose the consumer did not request, and you may not contact a consumer who has asked you to stop.

We provide single-buyer leads that match the filters set on your account and the dashboard used to work them.

We do not guarantee that any lead will answer, qualify or close. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms — including resale, unlawful calling, fraud, or abusive chargebacks — with or without notice depending on the severity.

Where a termination is for cause, the remaining balance may be forfeited. Otherwise, unused balance is handled as described under Credits and refunds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost commissions or business.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the leads giving rise to the claim.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect on the effective date shown above, and superseded versions are archived and available on request.

Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
